HC Pete Carroll said third-down back C.J. Prosise, who missed Seattle's past two games with an ankle injury, will be available when the team returns from its bye next week. His comments were in response to a question about what criteria the Seahawks would use each week to determine their primary option for the next game.

Prosise should resume his third down role. As for Rawls and Lacy, they both finished with 10 touches and seemed to alternate drives, although Rawls did end up with more snaps (32-19).

Week 2 vs. San Francisco 49ers
C.J. Prosise only received four touches Week 1 and could end up being the odd man out of the Seattle backfield. Chris Carson looks like he is the No. 2 behind Thomas Rawls. Many people drafted Prosise figuring he would be in the Seattle's backfield mix, but that might not be the case. Sunday will tell us more.
