FanDuel Week 6 Cash Game Breakdown
Last Sunday morning, I posted two important updates in this space regarding injuries. I suggested dialing back on Julio Jones after he popped up with a hamstring injury, and also suggesting pivoting off Anthony Dixon (calf) to Marquess Wilson as a salary-saver with Eddie Royal (ankle) and Alshon Jeffery (hamstring) out. Because cash game lineups are trying to maximze projected points and floor, one bit of injury news could set off a butterfly effect, altering values of key players and possibly necessitating switching up a significant portion of your lineup. Always remember to check the injury report as you're finalizing lineups, and if you like to make lineups early, create contingency lineups so you can quickly export them. Keep an eye out for players who pop up with new injuries mid-week, as players with questionable tags have historically seen a dip in production.

QB Tom Brady $9,000 @ IND
The FanDuel QB1 through five weeks, Brady faces off against a Colts defense that has allowed 293 passing yards per game despite facing the underwhelming quintet of Tyrod Taylor, Ryan Fitzpatrick, Blake Bortles, Marcus Mariota, Brian Hoyer, and Ryan Mallett. The Patriots’ team total of 31 is the week’s highest, and Brady has accounted for 72 percent of the Patriot’s TDs since the start of 2014 (including playoffs). He's the the top QB on our floor value rankings.
