David Johnson and Scott Chandler are way ahead of the pack in terms of projected value, making them cash game building blocks in Week 13. Because the two aforementioned players only cost $5,900 combined, you can build a strong, balanced roster around them. Let's get into all of the Week 13 plays.

QB Cam Newton $7,400 @ NO

Newton -- who ranks third in DraftKings points per game this season -- will face a Saints defense ranked above no one in QB aFPA. The Saints have allowed a passer rating of 115.9 (over 10 points higher than the next worst team), while also giving up the most offensive TDs (3.5) and second most total yardage (418.6) per game. Newton, who is third in the league with 27 total TDs scored (an average of 2.5 per game) should have a field day, and his team's implied point total of above 27 on the road also suggests a good outcome.
