KC TE Travis Kelce - Week 19, 2016 Fantasy Football Outlook

Divisional Round vs. Pittsburgh
Travis Kelce didn't do much in the team's Week 17 game, catching just one pass for eight yards, but don't let that affect your decision making this week. He had five 100-yard games in the six weeks heading into that matchup.

Kelce has the best opportunity for points out of any of the tight ends playing this weekend. He had a decent game against the Steelers the last time he played, mainly because he scored a touchdown against them.

KC TE Travis Kelce - Week 17, 2016 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 17 vs. San Diego
Travis Kelce has found his rhythm with five 100-yard performances in his last six games. He's been the No. 1 receiving threat in this offense for most of the season as he leads the team in targets, receptions and yards.

Kelce is the top fantasy threat at tight end with Rob Gronkowski sidelined, and you'd be a fool to bench him this week. He's a strong TE1.

KC TE Travis Kelce - Week 16, 2016 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 16 vs. Denver
Travis Kelce's 100-yard streak snapped last week, but that was mostly due to Kansas City struggling as a whole. Alex Smith only had 163 passing yards in the game, so there wasn't a lot to go around.

There's a chance Kelce rebounds this week against Denver. Even though the Broncos' secondary is tough, Kelce had 101 yards on eight catches when he played them earlier this year.

There aren't many tight ends with the kind of ceiling Kelce has, which is why he's an easy TE1 play this week.

KC TE Travis Kelce - Week 15, 2016 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 15 vs. Tennessee
Travis Kelce took some time to get going, but he's on a roll now. The Chiefs tight end has four straight games with 100+ receiving yards, although he hasn't found the end zone since Week 8.

He gets a decent matchup this week against the Titans, and should continue to find success. We're not sure if his 100-yard stretch will continue, but we do know it's worth starting him to find out.

Kelce will be a must-start TE1 play this week.

KC TE Travis Kelce - Week 14, 2016 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 14 vs. Oakland
Travis Kelce finished with his third straight 100-yard game last week. It's nice to see the talented tight end finally getting involved in Kansas City's offense, and he should continue to get looks heading into Oakland in Week 14.

Although Kelce didn't play well against the Raiders earlier this year (3-32), there's a good possibility he bounces back this week. Oakland has allowed big games to the tight end position, including three 100-yard games.

We say keep riding Kelce's hot streak and use him as a strong TE1.

KC TE Travis Kelce - Week 13, 2016 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 13 vs. Atlanta
Travis Kelce had 101 of Alex Smith's 220 yards last week. He saw an incredible 15 targets, and turned that into eight receptions for 101 yards. He'll look to continue his dominance this week against a Falcons defense that has allowed the fifth-most fantasy points to opposing tight ends.

With Kelce having back-to-back 100-yard games, and then getting a favorable matchup, you have to view him as a strong TE1 play this week.

KC TE Travis Kelce - Week 12, 2016 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 12 vs. Denver
Travis Kelce had a big game last week, going over 100 yards with a touchdown. It was only his second 100-yard game this season.

While the big effort was nice, we expect him to come crashing back down to reality this week. He'll get a brutal matchup against the Broncos, who have held tight ends to under 50 yards in five of the last six games. He'll be a low-end TE1 play.

KC TE Travis Kelce - Week 11, 2016 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 11 vs. Tampa Bay
We had hoped Travis Kelce would put up decent numbers with Jeremy Maclin out, but instead he caught just three passes for 31 yards. He's averaging just over 50 yards a game, which isn't terrible, but it's less than we expected for the talented tight end.

There's a chance he bounces back this week against a poor Bucs defense. With Maclin likely out again, Alex Smith needs to throw to someone, and Kelce is a likely candidate. He should be viewed as a TE1 play.

KC TE Travis Kelce - Week 10, 2016 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 10 vs. Carolina
Travis Kelce caught five passes for 58 yards last week before getting ejected from the game. The talented tight end saw some increased production under Nick Foles, but he'll be catching passes from Alex Smith again this week.

Kelce's targets could go up this week if the team is without Jeremy Maclin. Kelce would be the only real reliable option left for Smith, and will get a favorable matchup to take advantage of. We like Kelce as a TE1 play this week against the Panthers.

Friday, November 11, 2016 - 10:43am
KC TE Travis Kelce - Week 9, 2016 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 9 vs. Dallas
Travis Kelce was featured heavily last week, going over 100 yards with a score on seven catches. His boost in production was largely attributed to Nick Foles, who entered the game after Alex Smith left. Foles is drawing the start this week, so Kelce has a chance for another big game.

Kelce won't get a great matchup against Jacksonville this week, but the Jaguars did allow over 100 yards to the position in their previous game. Kelce is a must-start TE1 play this week.
