NO WR Michael Thomas - Week 11 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 11 at Buccaneers

It is ridiculous what Thomas has been doing this season. He is already over 1,000 yards receiving and only needs 14 catches to reach 100 for the season. He might get there this week against arguably the worst pass defense in the NFL. And in his first game against Tampa this season, he only caught 11 passes for 182 yards and two touchdowns. He's the No. 1 option among receivers this week for a good reason.

Week 10 vs. Falcons

For as good as Thomas was playing with Teddy Bridgewater, he just looks that much better with Drew Brees. Thomas posted his fourth 100-yard game and his fourth touchdown catch of the season on 11 catches (11 targets). And facing a Falcons defense that is in rough shape, another high-scoring game is on the horizon for the one you "can't guard".

NO WR Michael Thomas - Week 8 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 8 vs. Cardinals

Sure enough, another nine-catch outing for Thomas on 11 targets and 131 receiving yards. And this week, Thomas is the No. 1 wide receiver in our PPR ranks. The guy is simply a lock for about ten catches each week and Arizona doesn't provide the biggest challenge, but they did get a boost with Patrick Peterson back. Now if only we can see him in the end zone more.

NO WR Michael Thomas - Week 7 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 7 at Bears

Another week, another double-digit target game for Michael Thomas and he now has four games of at least eight targets. The problem is he's only found the end zone three times and two of those came in one game. Nonetheless, even against a good defense like the Bears, Thomas will continue to be force-fed the football and he'll likely have another 8+-catch game and close to 100 yards, for another 15-point PPR scoring day.

NO WR Michael Thomas - Week 6 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 6 at Jaguars

Just another day in the office for Michael Thomas in Week 5. 11 catches on 13 targets for a mere 182 yards and two touchdowns. Sure, he may see Jalen Ramsey quite often, if Ramsey does play, but Thomas is simply too talented to get cute with, especially with four teams on a bye. There are no worries here.

NO WR Michael Thomas - Week 5 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 5 vs. Buccaneers

No matter what, Teddy Bridgewater is seemingly always looking in Michael Thomas' direction. And for good reason. It was another nine targets for Thomas against the Cowboys and he hauled in every last one of them for 95 yards. If we're going to nitpick anything with Thomas, it's the fact that he now has been held out of the end zone in three of the first four games. But Tampa Bay has been rather generous to opposing wide receivers so far, grading out as a bottom-five defense against receivers through four weeks, so it's a good bet Thomas scores a touchdown this week.

NO WR Michael Thomas - Week 4 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 4 vs. Cowboys

Thomas was sort of quiet in Week 3 with just 54 yards on five catches, but he did find the end zone, giving him a solid day for fantasy owners. Sunday has potential to see plenty of points on the board and Teddy Bridgewater has constantly been looking in Thomas's direction, a trend that will only continue, if not grow, against the Cowboys and going forward. Dallas hasn't allowed a ton of fantasy points to wide receivers, but the group they've played also hasn't been the greatest, with the numbers being bolstered by playing Miami in Week 3. Thomas will continue to be just fine, so don't worry about the numbers Dallas is allowing.

NO WR Michael Thomas - Week 3 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 3 at Seahawks

You're obviously still starting Michael Thomas. Thomas is still a top-ten ranked wide receiver and Seattle has been middle of the pack so far in 2019 against wide receivers in fantasy. And they've yet to face a receiver as talented as Thomas this season, though Juju Smith-Schuster is no slouch and he went for 84 yards on five catches in Week 2. Thomas has been targeted 13 times in both games and has ten catches in both games. Bridgewater will find him and, other than Alvin Kamara, will be the biggest reason New Orleans holds on until Drew Brees returns.

NO WR Michael Thomas - Week 2 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 2 at Rams

Michael Thomas picked up right where he left off in 2018 and had another strong season debut. Thomas was targeted 13 times and caught 10 passes for 123 yards. He didn't find the end zone, but still provided plenty of points. The touchdowns will come, likely as soon as this week in what should be a high-scoring affair. Thomas is at least hoping for a result closer to his performance against the Rams in the regular season, where he caught 12 passes for 211 yards and a touchdown. In the playoffs, Thomas was held in check with just four catches for 36 yards. Both of those games were in New Orleans. The last time Thomas played in Los Angeles, he had 52 yards on five catches. Here's to a result like the 2018 regular season. DJ Moore had 76 yards against the Rams. Thomas should easily pass that and score a touchdown.

NO WR Michael Thomas - Week 1 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 1 vs Texans

Michael Thomas has his new contract and he is now ready to eat. The Texans were among the top ten in fewest points allowed to wide receiver, but they didn't see too many receivers like Thomas in 2018. And Houston was 28th against the pass in 2018. Thomas may see a good dose of Bradley Roby in Week 1, but Thomas is just too skilled. And if he has an opener like last year against Tampa Bay (16 catches, 180 yards, one touchdown) then you'll be in great shape to win your week and start 1-0. Thomas ranks No. 2 in PPR scoring and No. 4 in standard for scoring for Week 1. Obvious call here.
