ATL WR Julio Jones - Week 12, 2015 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 12 vs. Minnesota
Julio Jones caught 9-of-15 targets for 160 yards in the Falcons Week 11 loss to the Colts. He took advantage of plenty of one-on-one coverage as Indianapolis decided to shadow Jones with corner Vontae Davis. Jones has now topped 90 yards receiving in all but two games and is the only reliable target in Atlanta's passing game. He's a must-start every week regardless of the matchup, and is ranked as our WR1 for Week 12.

ATL WR Julio Jones - Week 11, 2015 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 11 vs. Indianapolis
Julio Jones caught 10-of-17 targets for 137 yards in the Falcons Week 9 loss to the 49ers. Jones has already surpassed the 1,000-yard mark for the season and is now averaging 8.9 catches for 114.3 yards and 0.67 touchdowns per game. He'll likely be followed by Colts corner Vontae Davis on Sunday but Jones remains a must-start WR1. In fact, he's our top overall receiver in PPR formats for Week 11.

ATL WR Julio Jones - Week 9, 2015 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 9 at San Francisco
Julio Jones caught 12-of-13 targets for 162 yards with one touchdown and one fumble in the Falcons Week 8 loss to the Bucs. Had the Falcons not shot themselves in the foot repeatedly with turnovers in Tampa Bay territory, Jones, Matt Ryan and the rest of Atlanta's position players could have had monster days. Nevertheless, Jones remains one of the best receivers in the game and in the fantasy world and ranks as our WR1 for Week 9. He's a must-start every week.

ATL WR Julio Jones - Week 8, 2015 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 8 vs. Tampa Bay
Julio Jones caught 9-of-17 targets for 92 yards and a touchdown in the Falcons Week 7 win over the Titans. He also had another potential touchdown taken away from him when officials said he didn't break the plane of the goal line despite replays showing otherwise. The entire Atlanta passing game is out of sync, but Jones continues to post WR1 numbers. Once Matt Ryan gets out of his funk, Jones should start to post monster numbers again like he was in the first couple of weeks. Jones currently ranks as our No. 1 fantasy receiver for Week 8 and should be in all lineups.

ATL WR Julio Jones - Week 7, 2015 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 7 at Tennessee
Julio Jones caught 6-of-10 targets for 93 yards in the Falcons Week 6 loss to the Saints. While his hamstring wasn't an issue from a snaps standpoint, he clearly wasn't 100-percent. There were too many times where he failed to separate from defensive backs he would own if he were completely healthy. The good news is Jones practiced this week and received extra rest with the Falcons playing on Thursday night. He remains an elite WR1 and has a solid matchup against Tennessee on Sunday. Julio ranks as our WR3 for Week 8 and is a must-start.

ATL WR Julio Jones - Week 6, 2015 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 6 at New Orleans
Julio Jones caught five passes for 67 yards on 10 targets as the Falcons beat the Redskins in Week 5. Limited by a nagging hamstring injury, Jones dropped multiple passes in the first half before putting together a decent fantasy line after halftime. In fact, he salvaged his fantasy day by recovering a Devonta Freeman fumble in the end zone for a touchdown. Turning our attention to Week 6, Jones is probable for Thursday night's game versus the Saints but he may be on a "pitch count" due to the injury. He wound up playing 73-of-80 offensive snaps last week, but the Falcons may be cautious with the star since they're playing on a short week of rest. Even on a bad hamstring, Jones is a WR1 and should be in your lineup. He ranks as our WR5 for Week 6.

ATL WR Julio Jones - Week 5, 2015 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 5 vs. Washington
Julio Jones caught four passes for 38 yards on six targets in the Falcons Week 4 win over the Texans. Considering Atlanta racked up 48 points on the day, it was a disappointing stat line for Jones, who had torched defenses the previous three weeks. But the Falcons relied on running back Devonta Freeman and their defense to build a lead and then Jones wound up watching the final quarter on the sidelines with the rest of Atlanta's starters. Despite the dud against Houston, Jones is still on pace to catch 152 passes for 1,912 yards and 16 touchdowns. He's our No. 1 fantasy receiver for Week 5 and should get back on track versus Washington.

ATL WR Julio Jones - Week 4, 2015 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 4 vs. Houston
Julio Jones had another monster performance in Week 3, hauling in 12 catches on 20 targets for 164 yards and two touchdowns in the Falcons win over the Cowboys. He's now up to 440 receiving yards on 34 receptions and four touchdowns while playing 80 percent of the team's offensive snaps. He's fantasy's No. 1 receiver through three weeks while averaging 18.51 points in standard leagues and 27.27 in PPR formats. He's our WR1 for Week 4's matchup with the Texans and remains a must start.

ATL WR Julio Jones - Week 3, 2015 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 3 at Dallas
Julio Jones caught 13-of-15 targets for 135 yards in the Falcons 24-20 win over the Giants. He also had a touchdown called back in the fourth quarter after review showed that he was down at the 1-yard line. Through two weeks Jones has been targeted 26 times, which is second to only Julian Edelman in the entire league. He's averaging 14.84 fantasy points per game in standard formats and 22.18 PPG in PPR formats. Despite facing the No. 5-ranked fantasy defense against wide receivers this Sunday at Dallas, Jones is a must-start in all formats. He ranks as our WR2 for Week 3.

Friday, September 25, 2015 - 12:17pm
ATL WR Julio Jones - Week 2, 2015 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 2 at New York Giants
Julio Jones was already in midseason form versus the Eagles in Week 1, catching nine passes for 141 yards and two touchdowns in the Falcons 26-24 victory. It was his fifth game with at least 100 receiving yards and two touchdowns and the second time in his career he had 140 receiving yards and multiple touchdowns (he also accomplished the feat vs. the Bucs in 2014). Jones would have racked up more receptions and yardage had it not been for multiple penalties on his fellow receivers for pass interference and holding. Most importantly for fantasy owners, it was clear the passing game will revolve around getting Jones the ball. He's a WR1 in any matchup and is ranked as our WR2 for Week 2. Despite dealing with some mild hamstring issues and missing practice time this week, Jones should be good to go for Sunday.
