Jacquizz Rodgers rushed just once for two yards and caught three-of-three targets for 28 yards in the Falcons’ Week 11 win over the Panthers. He doesn’t hold much fantasy value, even with Antone Smith being placed on injured reserve due to a broken leg.
Week 11: Rodgers vs. Panthers
Jacquizz Rodgers rushed once for one yard and also added two catches on two targets for an addition 11 yards in the Falcons’ Week 10 win over the Bucs. Rodgers continues to share time with Steven Jackson, Devonta Freeman and Antone Smith in Atlanta’s crowded backfield. He has zero fantasy value.
Week 10: Rodgers vs. Bucs
Jacquizz Rodgers caught three passes for 28 yards while adding one rush for two yards in the Falcons’ Week 8 loss to the Lions. Through eight games Rodgers is on pace for 340 total yards and two touchdowns, which speaks to his involvement in the Falcons’ offense. Out of Atlanta’s four backs, he has the least amount of fantasy value and should remain on your waiver wire.
Week 8: Rodgers vs. Lions
Jacquizz Rodgers rushed twice for nine yards and also added one catch for three yards in the Falcons’ Week 7 loss to the Ravens. Why Rodgers and Steven Jackson continue to be shoehorned into Dirk Koetter’s game plans are beyond us, especially considering how effective Antone Smith has been with limited opportunities. Rodgers has zero fantasy value.
Week 7: Rodgers vs. Ravens
Jacquizz Rodgers rushed just once for seven yards while also adding one catch for an addition two yards in the Falcons' Week 6 loss to the Bears. Out of the four backs that Atlanta uses on a weekly basis, Rodgers has the least amount of upside and has no fantasy relevance. Leave him on your waiver wire.
Week 6: Rodgers vs. Bears
Jacquizz Rodgers rushed just twice for 10 yards and caught one of his two targets for five yards in the Falcons' Week 5 loss to the Giants. Of Atlanta's four running backs, Rodgers has the least amount of fantasy potential. In fact, his role could shrink even more following coach Mike Smith's admittance that Antone Smith deserves more touches. Leave Rodgers on your waiver wire.
Week 5: Rodgers vs. Giants
Jacquizz Rodgers rushed just once for two yards while also adding four catches for 35 yards in the Falcons' Week 4 loss to the Vikings. He seemingly is OC Dirk Koetter's preferred back in passing situations but Rodgers' production remains limited. He may start to lose touches to Antone Smith too, especially considering Smith is a big play waiting to happen every time he gets his hands on the ball. Leave Rodgers on your waiver wire.
Week 4: Rodgers vs. Vikings
Jacquizz Rodgers rushed five times for just six yards while adding a three-yard reception in the Falcons' 56-14 win over the Buccaneers in Week 3. Atlanta is using all four of its backs on a weekly basis and while Rodgers is usually the second RB into the game behind Steven Jackson, he holds little fantasy value. Leave him on your waiver wire as he ranks as our No. 44 overall RB for Week 4.
Rodgers vs. Bucs
Jacquizz Rodgers rushed five times for 23 yards and was targeted once in the passing game but failed to record a catch in the Falcons' Week 2 loss to the Bengals. After using a four-man committee versus the Saints, the Falcons stuck with an ineffective Steven Jackson for most of the Cincinnati game. Regardless, Rodgers remains a pure COP back in Atlanta's pass-first offense and isn't a fantasy option at this point. He's our No. 47 overall RB for Week 2 and should remain on your waiver wire.
Week 2: Rodgers vs. Bengals
Jacquizz Rodgers rushed six times for 34 yards with one touchdown and also caught one pass for one yard in the Falcons' 37-34 overtime victory over the Saints. His touchdown run was worthy of highlight reels as he broke several tackles on the way to the end zone. Still, he remains Steven Jackson's backup and a mere change-of-pace back in Atlanta's pass-first offense. Despite his production in Week 1, he's a limited fantasy player and should stay on your waiver wire. He's our No. 52 RB for Week 2.
