GB QB Aaron Rodgers - 2014 Fantasy Football Outlook

Fantasy Upside
Rodgers remains one of the most accurate and elusive quarterbacks in the NFL. He also plays in an offense that takes total use of his talents. And he has a great group of receivers to which he can throw the ball.

Fantasy Downside
After being sacked an NFL-high 51 times in 2012, the beatings caught up with Rodgers in 2013. He suffered a broken collarbone and missed seven games. The addition of Eddie Lacy at running back and the losses of tight end Jermichael Finley and wideout James Jones could affect his numbers if others don’t flourish in their new roles.

Bottom Line
Rodgers’ ADP is right around pick 24 and he ranks as the second quarterback off the board after Peyton Manning in pretty much all formats. You could make the argument that due to his rushing ability – 18 rushing TDs since 2008 – that Rodgers could actually be the top fantasy quarterback again this season. He’s fantasy gold and one of just three quarterbacks you should consider in the first three rounds of the draft.
