I'm offered Deandre Hopkins and Michael Thomas for Larry Fitz and Tevin Coleman? Rest of my squad is Cooks, Baldwin, Decker, Crabtree, Zeke, Freeman, Gio, Crowell. I'm 0-3. Is this a solid trade. i am tempted to counter with Cooks and Coleman instead because I like Fitz's floor and Cooks can be boom-bust. What do guys think? Thanks.
I like it. I think you're going to drive yourself crazy trying to pick the right Atlanta RB each week, so getting a bonafide top-5 WR in return for Coleman is a good move.
Larry I like, but he did this last season too and faded down the stretch. I'd probably rather keep Cooks.
I would agree that Fitz is pretty consistent and solid where as Cooks is not. But overall I thought Cooks would have more value this year. If you do it for Cooks, maybe see if you can upgrade Thomas a little. Overall, I think it's a nice deal for you. It hurts a little to break up the Coleman-Freeman due, because if one of those guys get hurt you're golden. So that's probably my biggest worry. And, Coleman is a usable play a lot of weeks.
Overall, love that you get Hopkins and like the value you're getting, so maybe that's enough for you. Probably have to take a chance at 0-3.
Thanks everyone. Love the help!
D-Hop alone makes it square, not a whole lot of upside left in Fitz and have you seen Freeman's YPC??
