Saints releasing WRs Steve Breaston and Patrick Crayton indicates Kenny Stills and Nick Toon have the lead for the Saints No. 3 and No. 4 WR Spots

Fantasy Impact: 

Stills had a great week 2 of preseason and we have him climbing our rankings a bit. The WR3 and WR4 jobs on the Saints obviously don't get the targets they would on most teams, thanks to TE Jimmy Graham and RB Darren Sproles.

The New Orleans Saints had a new wide receiver at practice Monday, veteran Patrick Crayton.

Crayton, 34, didn't play in the 2012 regular season, but he was a longtime valuable backup receiver/punt returner for the Dallas Cowboys. He played under Saints coach Sean Payton in 2004-05 when Payton was the Cowboys' offensive coordinator.

Crayton spent 2010-11 with San Diego, finishing with 51 catches, for 762 yards and two TDs with the Chargers.

Fantasy Impact: 

Hard to believe Crayton will make much of a fantasy impact this year, even on the Saints and especially after not playing at all last year.

Chargers WRs Vincent Jackson (abdomen) and Malcom Floyd (groin) missed practice again on Thursday. Jackson is expected to play, while Floyd's status seems more up in the air. Patrick Crayton would see extra snaps if Floyd can't go.
