Eagles QB Michael Vick: "I think another week of rehab will put me in a position where I can start gaining confidence in it and doing the things I need to do."

Vick is all but saying he's out (he was the emergency QB last week) for Week 7 and Nick Foles will start. Foles runs the offense just as well, if not better than, Vick and makes up for a lack of running ability and arm strength with better and quicker decision making. Foles is at least a solid QB2 option. According to additional tweets from Frank, Vick said he changed his stretching routine before the Giants game and ended up pulling his hammy. He doesn't want to come back too soon and then miss another 2-3 weeks.
