Scouting report

TB WR Adam Humphries - Week 8 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 8 vs. Carolina Panthers

Adam Humphries had his four-game streak of recording at least 50 yards snapped last week as he only caught 2 passes for 13 yards. This just proves Humphries really only carries fantasy value in PPR formats during favorable matchups, and even then he's a risk. In a tough matchup this week, we don't expect him to be much of a fantasy option.

TB WR Adam Humphries - Week 7 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 7 at Buffalo Bills

Adam Humphries has continued his relevancy in this offense. He's now gone over 50 receiving yards in four straight games, and keep in mind the Bucs have only played five games all season. With so many other weapons in this offense, you'd think Humphries would struggle to do well, but he's actually second on the team in receptions and not too far off from yards.

Of course, his lack of touchdowns lowers his value in standard leagues, and he doesn't offer a very high ceiling. He's been a nice surprise this season, but he's not quite doing enough to warrant a strong start in fantasy.

TB WR Adam Humphries - Week 6 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 6 at Arizona Cardinals

Adam Humphries has been a nice surprise this season as he now has 50 or more yards in three straight games. He's actually out-gained teammate Mike Evans during that stretch. While Humphries is clearly down the pecking order, he's made himself relevant in fantasy.

He gets a favorable matchup this week against the Cardinals and should be viewed as an intriguing WR5.

TB WR Adam Humphries - Week 5 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 5 vs. New England Patriots

Adam Humphries has surprisingly been a pretty big part of the Tampa Bay offense this season. He's second on the team in receptions (14) and yards (156) and tied for second in targets (20). He's been scoreless so far, but back-to-back weeks of six receptions is pretty solid for a player in this Bucs offense.

Humphries could be a decent play this week against the Patriots in a great matchup. The Pats have allowed over 300 yards passing in each game so far this season, so there's definitely opportunity for Humphries to make a play.

If you have a lot of players on bye this week, Humphries could be a sneaky option, mainly in PPR formats. He carries risk, though, as there are a lot of good players in this offense. He should be viewed as a WR4 with some upside.

TB WR Adam Humphries - Week 4 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 4 vs. New York Giants

Adam Humphries became a factor last week as he finished with 6 catches for 68 yards. He was second on the team with a surprising 10 targets. Humphries is a solid slot receiver who can catch a lot of short passes, but he's only really a factor when the game trends to a pass-heavy offense. Don't expect him to be much of a factor this week.

TB WR Adam Humphries - Week 15, 2016 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 15 vs. Dallas
Adam Humphries sat out last week with a concussion, but he's been cleared to play against Dallas. Even so, he's not a very reliable option as a fantasy play. He's had many one-reception games this season, and can't be trusted in Week 15.

TB WR Adam Humphries - Week 14, 2016 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 14. vs. New Orleans
Adam Humphries returned to practice for the first time Friday after suffering a concussion last week. Humphries has been involved in the offense a little bit every week, but is entirely too unreliable for fantasy purposes.
