Scouting report

TEN WR Adam Humphries - Week 1 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 1 at Cleveland
Adam Humphries comes over from Tampa Bay, where he served as a security blanket for Jameis Winston. Now, he gets to serve the same role for Marcus Mariota. The Titans are going to want to get the ball out of Mariota's hands quickly, and that could mean a busy day for Humphries. He's a sneaky start as a flex, particularly in PPR leagues as he could wind up being the Titans' receptions lead in terms of volume in this game.

TB WR Adam Humphries - Week 17 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 17 vs. Atlanta Falcons

Adam Humphries caught 10 passes for 79 yards last week. Humphries has been a nice surprise this season with 71 receptions for 750 yards and five touchdowns so far in a very crowded offense. He faces a Falcons defense he torched for 82 yards earlier in the year, making him a solid WR2 option in Week 17.

TB WR Adam Humphries - Week 16 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 16 at Dallas Cowboys

Adam Humphries had his first bad game in a while, finishing with 23 yards on four catches (six targets). It was a bad game overall for Tampa Bay as Mike Evans accounted for 77 percent of Jameis Winston's total yards. Humphries might have a little bounce back this week, but don't expect too much in a tough matchup against the Cowboys. Humphries can be viewed as a lower-end WR3.

TB WR Adam Humphries - Week 15 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 15 at Baltimore Ravens

For the first time in a long time, Adam Humphries had a bad game. He wasn't awful, finishing 4-42 on eight targets, but it wasn't on par with what he's been doing lately. He still played well, though, relative to how poorly Jameis Winston threw the ball in that game.

However, we expect another down game from Humprhies this week in a tough matchup vs. the Ravens. Baltimore is allowing the fourth-fewest fantasy points to opposing WRs, holding them scoreless for three straight games. Humphries is more of a WR3 this week.

TB WR Adam Humphries - Week 14 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 14 vs. New Orleans Saints

Adam Humphries continues to be a strong option in fantasy as he's one of just four WRs to get at least 10 points in standard over the last three games (Keenan Allen, Davante Adams and Robert Woods are the others). He's been surprisingly consistent, finishing with at least 50 yards in six straight games while scoring five times in that span.

We like him to continue to put up his production this week in a favorable matchup against the Saints. For a while he seemed like a fluke, but at this point Humphries is the real deal. He's a borderline WR1 in PPR formats, and a strong WR2 in standard.

TB WR Adam Humphries - Week 13 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 13 vs. Carolina Panthers

Adam Humphries has been a nice surprise this season as he just continues to produce. He's had at least 50 yards in five straight games while scoring four times in that span. Oh, and he's had 6+ receptions in three of those games. He's clearly built out a role in this offense and has value for fantasy purposes.

He had a season-high 82 yards and two touchdowns the last time he faced the Panthers so perhaps he can find success again this week. We like him as a low-end WR2 or strong WR3 choice this week.

TB WR Adam Humphries - Week 12 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 12 vs. San Francisco 49ers

You wouldn't think Adam Humphries would continue to put up big numbers with Mike Evans, DeSean Jackson, Chris Godwin and O.J. Howard ahead of him. But somehow, he's managed to have double-digit PPR performances in four of his last six games. He's shined with Jameis Winston in at QB for he can be viewed as a WR3 choice this week vs. the 49ers.
