I am currently rolling with Engram. He does have some RED squares in the HotSpot rest of season schedule. greg Olsen lines up beautifully with him.

My gut says Kelvin or Corey Davis but Shepard could be one too! since Greg is on bye I can so a wait and see if Kelvin Benjamin does well with the new QB then decide.
Shepard works since I already have Engram.
Corey Davis hasn't performed that well. And I have him in 3 other leagues so he is the front runner to go!
Or do I just roll with Engram and one TE for the ROS.
I would get Olsen. I think your cut options are all what you said... I’d wait on Benji and see. He’s worth it based on potential and now with a new QB you just never know how they develop together. I actually think Shepard would be my pick because I feel the same about Davis and his potential.

I would cut Benjamin. Greg Olsen is a superior player with the added bonus of tight end eligibility. That's why Cam likes him more too. I wouldn't cut Shepard even with this silly illness-related absence news. He's a target hog and will be for the ROS.
