Jay Gruden said Trey Quinn has the slot spot locked down. Zero surprise considering uncertainty over who would be next.
Quinn is just 72nd on our WR list but will certainly be available later in drafts for anyone who wants to take a shot at any upside. He replaces Jamison Crowder. A few guys will get reps there, including UDFA Steven Sims. Cam Sims said he's worked there too; he's learning all three spots, the tweet went on to say.
WAS WR Trey Quinn - Week 3 Fantasy Football Outlook
Week 3 vs. Chicago Bears
Outside of Terry McLaurin, there's not really a Washington receiver worth mentioning. Trey Quinn would probably be the second-best option, but he has just eight receptions for 69 yards through two games. And a lot of that production came on the final drive of Week 1. Quinn isn't really worth fantasy consideration.
