NO WR Willie Snead - Week 9, 2015 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 9 vs. Tennessee
Willie Snead caught 7-of-8 targets for 76 yards and two touchdowns in the Saints Week 8 win over the Giants. With Drew Brees going off for 511 passing yards and seven touchdowns, Snead and Brandin Cooks combined to score four touchdowns apiece. On pace for 76 catches, 1,074 yards and six touchdowns, Snead is entrenched as a WR3 moving forward. He ranks as our WR23 in standard formats for Week 9 and while he doesn't have a great matchup versus Tennessee (which is fantasy's No. 9 defense versus wide receivers), Snead should be in your lineup depending on your receiver depth. He did miss practice on Wednesday, but returned on Thursday and isn't in danger of missing Sunday's game.

NO WR Willie Snead - Week 8, 2015 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 8 vs. New York Giants
Willie Snead caught 3-of-7 targets for 25 yards in the Saints Week 7 win over the Colts. It was the fewest yards Snead has posted in a game this season and the fewest amount of receptions since Week 1. Snead ranks as our WR35 for Week 8 and should be viewed as a WR4 against the Giants.

NO WR Willie Snead - Week 7, 2015 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 7 at Indianapolis
Willie Snead caught 4-of-5 passes for 55 yards in the Saints Week 6 win over the Falcons. One week after seeing 11 targets in a loss to the Eagles, Snead only drew five targets, but still out-produced Brandin Cooks. Snead's ceiling is that of a WR3, but owners should look elsewhere for a starting option this week. He ranks as our WR30 for Week 8, leaving him in the WR4 category.

NO WR Willie Snead - Week 6, 2015 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 6 vs. Atlanta
Willie Snead caught 6-of-11 targets for 141 yards in the Saints Week 5 loss to the Eagles. He led the team with 11 targets and was Drew Brees' go-to receiver on several third down attempts. Snead might be the No. 2 option in the passing game behind Brandin Cooks, but he clearly has big-play potential after catching a 59-yard pass in the fourth quarter last week. And with Brees back to taking shots downfield, the Saints passing game is on the upswing. Snead will be a WR3 option Thursday night against the Falcons and ranks as our WR22 in Week 6.

NO WR Willie Snead - Week 5, 2015 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 5 at Philadelphia
Willie Snead caught six passes for 89 yards in the Saints Week 4 win over the Cowboys. He also played on 48-of-73 snaps and has emerged as New Orleans' best receiver despite starting the year behind Brandin Cooks, Brandon Coleman and Marques Colston. He played in all three-receiver sets and was behind only Cooks in terms of targets. Snead ranks as our WR40 for Week 5, but should be added in all formats moving forward. He could emerge as a legit WR3 before long, especially considering how badly the Saints suddenly need offensive playmakers.
