SEA WR Jermaine Kearse - Week 9, 2014 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 9: Kearse vs Raiders
It was a quiet week for Jermaine Kearse and the Seattle passing game. He was only targeted twice and caught both passes, but only net 15 yards. We have seen too many games like this for Kearse which makes him a risky play every week. Even with Percy Harvin gone, Kearse remains a fringe fantasy option.

It's hard to insert Kearse into the lineup because of the overall numbers. The matchup against the Raiders is not overwhelming. Keep him on the bench this week. Until we even see the targets and receptions tick upward, Kearse will be a limited fantasy option.

SEA WR Jermaine Kearse - Week 8, 2014 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 8: Kearse vs Panthers
Jermaine Kearse has more value now with Percy Harvin gone, but is it enough to make a consistent fantasy contributor? Probably not. The ball has been spread around throughout the Seattle receivers and there's no reason to think that won't continue. It's hard to predict who Russell Wilson will have his eye on as there has been no true No. 1 for the Seahawks in a long time.

Despite a good matchup against the Panthers. Keep Kearse on the bench for Week 8.

SEA WR Jermaine Kearse - Week 7, 2014 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 7: Kearse vs Rams
Jermaine Kearse is another a Seahawks wide receiver that can become Russell Wilson's favorite target on any given day. In fact, last week Kearse had a season-high seven targets. That didn't produce any results and even with a great matchup against the Rams poor secondary, Kearse carries very little fantasy value into Week 7. He is a bench player at best.

SEA WR Jermaine Kearse - Week 6, 2014 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 6: Kearse vs. Cowboys
Jermain Kearse's numbers have been very low and not expected to jump up anytime soon. However, if Percy Harvin doesn't play, he could carry some value into Week 6. But he is a bench player at best.

SEA WR Jermaine Kearse - Week 5, 2014 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 5: Kearse vs. Redskins
Jermaine Kearse is only getting about 3 targets a game and although he could end up being a favorite for Russell Wilson, we won't know when. Keep him on the waiver wire.

SEA WR Jermaine Kearse - Week 3, 2014 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 3: Kearse vs Broncos
Jermaine Kearse had the best week of any Seahawks' receiver in Week 2. Does that mean anything? Not really. He could easily be the worst in Week 3. Consistency is the biggest problem with all the Seattle receivers. Don't know which ones will be in the Russell Wilson's sight lines week-to-week. For Week 3 against the Broncos, keep Kearse on the bench.

SEA WR Jermaine Kearse - Week 2, 2014 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 2: Kearse vs Chargers
Jermiane Kearse is the No. 3 wide receiver but that doesn't mean much in Seattle. He was targeted three times and had one catch. No fantasy value for him and no reason to consider him against San Diego.

SEA WR Jermaine Kearse - Week 1, 2014 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 1: Kearse vs Packers
Jermaine Kearse will once again be the No. 3 receiver in Seattle. If it was Denver, there would be celebrations. But a No. 3 in Seattle is not very exciting.

Kearse is a decent player and will make some players for the 'Hawks, but don't expect much more. He is not a fantasy option for Week 1 against the Packers nor he should be on roster at this point unless your league is very deep.
