Week 12 vs. Detroit
Cordarrelle Patterson had a kickoff return touchdown last week, and contributed 53 yards on four receptions as a receiver. Unless you're in a league that counts return stats, Patterson isn't that great of a fantasy option.
Week 11 vs. Arizona
Cordarrelle Patterson has a slight role in Minnesota's offense, but not enough to warrant fantasy consideration.
Week 10 vs. Washington
Cordarrelle Patterson is starting to become more involved in Minnesota's offense, but not quite to the point where he's a trusted option in fantasy. He'll get some receptions and yards, but he's not a great option this week.
Week 9 vs. Detroit
Cordarrelle Patterson played last week, but wasn't terribly productive (3-36). Before Week 8 he had caught a touchdown in back-to-back games, which put him back on the fantasy radar. He's not a reliable option, but he has big-play potential this week in a favorable matchup. He's a risky option only worth starting in deeper leagues.
Week 7 vs. San Diego
Cordarrelle Patterson had a solid outing the last time Minnesota played, scoring a touchdown and falling one yard short of a second score. But with Stefon Diggs healthy again, we're not expecting Patterson to be so involved. He's off the fantasy radar.
Cordarrelle Patterson - Week 15 vs. Detroit Lions
If there are still Cordarrelle Patterson enthusiasts out there please give up hope. Patterson only played on one offensive snap last week. One. Uno. Patterson has been a major fantasy bust.
Cordarrelle Patterson - Week 14 vs. New York Jets
Cordarrelle Patterson played on three offensive snaps last week for Minnesota. That is not a typo. He finished the game with no receptions or targets. His role on the team has been slowing down, but this is the worst of the season. He is unstartable at this point.
Cordarrelle Patterson - Week 13 vs. Carolina Panthers
Cordarrelle Patterson had yet another bad outing against Green Bay in Week 12. He finished with two receptions for 18 yards. He now has two receptions or less in seven of his last eight games. His lack of production has led to a lack of targets.
Charles Johnson appears to have moved ahead in the depth chart. Patterson is a low-end WR4 option at best.
Cordarrelle Patterson - Week 12 vs. Green Bay Packers
Cordarrelle Patterson has been flat out terrible this year. Things didn't improve last week against Chicago as he finished with two receptions for 24 yards. He now has six games below 30 receiving yards. He's not making a big impact in PPR formats either as he's caught two or fewer passes in six of his last seven games.
You likely spent a high draft pick of Patterson, but he's just not paying off. At best he's a WR4 in a favorable matchup against Green Bay. The Packers have allowed at least one touchdown to a wideout in each of the last five games.
Cordarrelle Patterson - Week 11 vs. Chicago
Cordarrelle Patterson saw seven targets in Week 9, but caught just one pass for nine yards. He had an opportunity for a huge play, but lost the ball in the sun and couldn't connect. It's been a huge letdown season for the talented playmaker.
There's no reason to expect a huge turnaround this week against Chicago. Patterson should be viewed as a WR4.
