SEA RB Chris Carson - Week 4 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 4 vs. Indianapolis Colts

Last week, we started to see the trend of Chris Carson as the No. 1 back in Seattle. After three weeks, it appears he is solid in that spot. He has played 57% of the snaps, and even though he only touched the ball 13 times, that's almost twice as much as the other Seattle running backs combined.

Carson will face the Colts in Week 4, who are 16th in aFPA to running backs. With what we have seen the first three weeks, Carson's stock has risen in the fantasy world after everyone jumped on Eddie Lacy and C.J. Prosise.

Start Carson against Indy as a solid RB2. The touches have been there the past two weeks and it appears coach Pete Carroll has confidence in the rookie.

Week 3 at Tennessee Titans

Chris Carson has emerged as the No. 1 running back for Seattle. It's been a surprise considering the makeup of the backfield with three other backs being heavily mentioned in the preseason as Seattle options. But the rookie carried the ball 20 times for 93 yards and looked good doing it.

Carson will face Tennessee this week who has been average against the run early in the season. If Carson continues to get the touches, he will be a great waiver wire pickup and could really help you if you got burned drafting Eddie Lacy or even Thomas Rawls.

For Week 3, start Carson as a high-end RB3 or flex. His results last week could get you a sleeper back for your roster.

SEA RB Chris Carson - Week 2 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 2 vs. San Francisco 49ers

Chris Carson surprised most of the fantasy world last week playing the most snaps of all the healthy Seattle backs. That didn't yield him much production as he only had seven touches. But what it does say is that he could be second in line to Thomas Rawls who should play this week after missing Week 1 with an ankle injury.

The Seattle running backs should have a good week against the Niners defense, but how they are used puts question marks out there.

Sit Carson for Week 2, but consider putting him on your roster if he ends up getting the snaps ahead of C.J. Prosise and Eddie Lacy.
