Hi, In a standard 12 man 1QB flex WR/RB league I have been offered Forte and Matt Ryan for Russ Wilson, Dez Bryant and J. McKinnon. I am deeper at WR so am considering.

I'd do it. I think Forte is going to continue to be a dominant force.
Now, this does take you down a WR, so if you're thin there, then it would cause me to pause. But I think Wilson and Ryan are both streaky and Forte is the best guy in the trade, so I'd do it.
