Scouts,

12 Team pull PPR.

I am picking 7th. Guy picking 3rd wants to trade and here is what hes offering. He wants to swap positions in rounds 1 and 2. I give him my 3rd round pick, he gives me his 4th round pick. There is no shot a top 4 WR drops to us at 7 in this league.

So we have picks 7,18,31,42

Afterwards I would have picks 3, 22,42,46......he would have 7,18,27,31.

I guess the decision hinges on the value added in the 1st and 4th minus the value lost in 2nd and 3rd. tough!

Thanks!

I agree with the other posters here. I think that's too much to give up to move up four spots. At the 7th spot, there should be a very high quality player on the board, and two 20 pick gaps that early in the draft is too much for me.

I'd pass.

There are really good PPR guys through pick 11 IMO where I wouldn't feel the need to move up. I actually had the option of pick 4 and 9 and I dropped to 9 in a league so that I could get a better 2nd round pick plus we do 3rd round reversal.

Add in that based off the top 200 list on most sites you'll then be giving up a quality guy at 27 (Marshall, Rodgers, Jeffery's, Evans, etc.) for the upgrade in the first.

I think you'll be better off with the 2nd tier guy in the first and your normal 2nd and 3rd then the better player and 2 4th round picks. Too much to give up for my tastes.

So it's your 7-18-31 for his 3-22-46? That's a lot of depth (in a 12-team league) you're giving up with the 31-46 move; it's close but I don't think I'd do it.
