I currently have Agohlor stashed away hoping he turns into a solid WR2/3 option but Boldin is a free agent and should be receiving more targets than Agohlor in my opinion. My only WRs are Cobb, Aiken, Smith Jr and Agohlor. Marvin Jones is also in FA, so he could also be an option. Any advice would be appreciated.

Agholor is averaging something like 86% of the plays so far this year. He's on the field so that's not the issue. Long term, I'd stick with him, but if you need help right away, Jones or Boldin would be the way to go in that order for me. But if you're able to stash I think Agholor has a shot to be useful.
