I picked him up right after the AP debacle...so here is my question--who should I target to get in return for a trade as I think now is the right time to move him.

I agree with Ellis38 (fellow veteran, though only 4 years for me)... I think you should look to upgrade the RB spot in this situation, with a combo trade. Trying to load up Cameron and Asiata for a but low guy like McCoy is possible, or maybe see if you can get the Miller/Moreno tandem in Miami.
Ultimately though, if the deal isn't right, then I don't think you NEED to make the move. Asiata should still get work with Peterson out and you have a nice lineup.
Retired Soldiers Opinion - I agree that now is the time to trade Asiata, but it is tough to assess "who" you should target.
Instead of that route, I would recommend looking at other teams rosters to identify who needs improvement at WR and TE. This way you could package one of your TEs/WRs with Asiata to improve your roster, hopefully still at RB because otherwise your RB position will be very thin. I have no faith in Gerhardt or CJ2K.
