Blair Walsh - Week 2 vs. New England
Blair Walsh had a strong outing in Week 1 against the Rams. He made two long distance field goals (52, 46) and three extra points. He remains a top option this week against New England. The Patriots gave up four field goals to Caleb Sturgis in Week 1.

The Rams were the second toughest defense against kickers in fantasy last season. Also, Walsh is coming off of a so-so year. He's not a horrible start this week, but there are better options available.

As a rookie Blair Walsh was known for his strong leg. He was 10-of-10 from field goals 50 yards or more. But he had a bit of a sophomore slump. He only made 7-of-11 from 40+ and just 2-of-5 from 50+ last year. His poor year caused him to finish as the No. 16 fantasy kicker. Minnesota will play home games outdoors this season, which will likely cause problems late in the season. He should be viewed as a borderline K1.
