TC was just dropped in my league. This one is open waivers. I would love to use my #1 waiver on this guy but is he really worth it. John's ROS on him is #22 which is RB2 land. But doesn't look like he is getting more that 10 touches a game!

I am in similar spot, have Freeman, have Cohen, and someone dropped Coleman. If Coleman clears waivers I am dropping Cohen in a second to get Coleman. That it, unless Howard gets hurt this weekend.
If he clears waivers without anyone grabbing him should I drop Tarik Cohen for him?
He could serve as a handcuff for my RB1-2? I can also dart him as a Flex on favorable mach ups?
