Last year Tylor Locket was the 5th ranked WR in our 1/2 ppr league. We count Kick Off and Punt Return yards. He is available in my Keeper/Dynasty league. I kept D. Watson, Fournette, & Fitzgerald. Would be able to pick up Locket for a buck in the first round (pick #3). First round values are based off of Fantasy Pros auction values set for our specific league settings. AB & AJ Green will be available too, but at much higher values. Is it to risky to bank on Lockets return yards to justify him as a WR1?
I don't think so, as he doesn't really face any competition for the RS job, has some upside on offense, and the new rules may lead to an increased number of kickoffs.
