IND WR Zach Pascal - Week 10 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 10 vs. Jacksonville Jaguars

Zach Pascal led the team with seven targets last week against the Jets, catching four of them for 58 yards. Pascal has a nice matchup against the Jaguars, who rank 19th in aFPA to opposing wide receivers, but he’s risky in an offense that hasn’t produced multiple fantasy-relevant wide receivers in one game in quite some time. That being said, if you’re desperate, he gets enough targets to warrant very low-end WR3 potential in deep PPR formats.

IND WR Zach Pascal - Week 6 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 6 vs. Houston Texans

Even though Parris Campbell had more targets last week, Zach Pascal still saw 86% of the team’s offensive snaps and continues to get targets. He has a bad matchup this week, but fantasy managers should leave him rostered as a viable desperation start with decent PPR production on a moderately consistent basis. Sit him against Houston though.

IND WR Zach Pascal - Week 5 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 5 at Baltimore Ravens

Zach Pascal caught four of five targets for 44 yards last week against the Dolphins. He’s got a tough matchup against the Ravens this week, so fantasy managers should steer clear if possible, despite his decent floor in PPR formats as a deep-league option.

IND WR Zach Pascal - Week 4 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 4 at Miami Dolphins

Zach Pascal was limited to just two catches and 31 yards last week against the Titans, despite being targeted seven times. I like the general targets Pascal is getting, and he’s been fortunate enough to find the end zone this year, but this is a tough matchup against the league’s sixth-ranked Dolphins defense in aFPA to opposing wide receivers, and I expect a low-scoring game with an emphasis on the run game. We have Pascal ranked outside starting territory in all formats.

IND WR Zach Pascal - Week 3 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 3 at Tennessee Titans

Zach Pascal only had 38 yards last week against the Rams but he found the end zone for the third time in two games and caught five of six targets on Sunday. Pascal is clearly a part of this offense, and fantasy managers in need of a high-floor option with touchdown potential should consider the overlooked Pascal.

This week, Pascal faces a Titans defense that has allowed six touchdowns to opposing wide receivers already this season. While it’s risky to bank on a Colts receiver with questions at the quarterback position – Carson Wentz’s sprained ankles – Pascal has some upside in a nice matchup with targets headed his way. We have him ranked outside lineup material this week, but he’s not a bad fallback option for fantasy managers who just need a few solid targets to provide a nice floor.

IND WR Zach Pascal - Week 2 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 2 vs. Los Angeles Rams

Zach Pascal had a nice start to the season with four catches for 43 yards and a pair of touchdowns in a loss to the Seahawks. Pascal also played 91% of the team’s offensive snaps, making it clear he’s going to be a primary part of the offense.

This is a tough matchup for Pascal, facing a Rams defense that shut down the Bears’ passing game on Sunday night and was ranked number one in aFPA to opposing wide receivers a year ago. It’s risky to bank on him in a tough matchup, but his five targets seem sustainable, giving him hope for low-end WR3 production.

IND WR Zach Pascal - Week 17 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 17 vs. Jacksonville Jaguars

Zach Pascal had three catches for 64 yards and a touchdown last week against the Steelers. Pascal is vying for snaps and targets with the rookie Michael Pittman, but it’s hard to ignore his three touchdowns over his past two games. He could be worth a flyer in deeper leagues, given the excellent matchup against the Jaguars this week, but it’s more likely the team uses a ground-based approach and everyone outside of T.Y. Hilton and Nyheim Hines don’t end up with enough targets to be productive. Look elsewhere if possible.

IND WR Zach Pascal - Week 17 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 17 at Jacksonville Jaguars

Zach Pascal was held to just one catch against the Panthers last week, gaining six yards. Pascal has been inconsistent, particularly with T.Y. Hilton in the lineup, making it hard to trust him in even the best situations. This week, facing a tough defense that ranks sixth in aFPA to opposing wide receivers, on a struggling offense, with Hilton active, Pascal should be considered no more than a dart throw at WR3 in most leagues.

IND WR Zach Pascal - Week 16 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 16 vs. Carolina Panthers

Zach Pascal led the team with a mere 44 receiving yards last week in a blowout loss to the Saints, as the Colts struggled to move the ball offensively and gained only 16 first downs the entire game. Pascal has been a solid option at times this season, but with T.Y. Hilton looking healthier and Jacoby Brissett continuing to underwhelm, it’s hard to trust him. We have him as a low-end WR3 option at best. Despite some upside in a good matchup with the Panthers, owners should avoid the Colts’ receiving corps if possible.

IND WR Zach Pascal - Week 15 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 15 at New Orleans Saints

Zach Pascal had five catches for 74 yards and a touchdown last week in a great matchup against the Buccaneers. He’s now had two solid games in a row and is benefitting from the additional targets he receives in a depleted wide receiver corps in Indianapolis. T.Y. Hilton is practicing again, but he’s still questionable moving forward and his effectiveness could be an issue even when he does come back if he’s not 100%. Pascal should benefit for as long as Hilton is out.

The Saints rank 16th in aFPA to opposing wide receivers this season and just gave up big numbers to Emmanuel Sanders last week, so there’s some potential for Pascal to once again produce. He’s been largely inconsistent and he could struggle against Marshon Lattimore, but if you’re desperate, WR3 numbers could be in play based on targets.
