Scouting report

MIN WR Jordan Addison - Week 16 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 16 vs. Detroit Lions

Jordan Addison is a low-end WR2 for semi-finals weekend. He'll certainly be one of your top options if he's on your roster.

Addison showed a strong connection with Nick Mullens in Week 15. He hauled in all six of his targets for 111 yards and found the end zone twice.

MIN WR Jordan Addison - Week 15 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 15 at Cincinnati Bengals

Jordan Addison has fallen all the way to WR43 putting him on the outside of many fantasy lineups to kick off the playoffs. He's a fine flex option if you really need it, but hopefully there are better options elsewhere on your roster.

Even with Justin Jefferson leaving the game early last week, Addison only earned three targets. His fantasy managers will hope for more if he's in their quarterfinal lineup.

MIN WR Jordan Addison - Week 14 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 14 at Las Vegas Raiders

Jordan Addison is being relegated back to WR3/WR4 territory with Justin Jefferson's return. He's WR37 this week.

Addison tried his best to fill in the hole left by Jefferson's absence and it was a bit of a roller coaster. He was seeing plenty of targets to start the year, though, and he'll settle back into a strong WR2 role for his team. Addison is a fine flex or WR3 option.

MIN WR Jordan Addison - Week 12 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 12 vs. Chicago Bears

Jordan Addison comes in just outside of the WR2 conversation at WR25. He has seen at least five targets in each of the last seven games but his production hasn't matched up with his volume over the last few weeks. Addison hasn't found the end zone in the past three weeks and hasn't topped the century mark in five games.

He's a solid WR3 option, but we're hoping for a touchdown or two in the near future.

MIN WR Jordan Addison - Week 11 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 11 at Denver Broncos

Jordan Addison stepped up in Justin Jefferson's absence right away but has fallen off a bit over the past couple of weeks. He's still earning targets, with 32 in the past four contests but he's failed to find the end zone or break 70 yards the past two games.

He's a WR3 option against a Broncos defense that hasn't given up a 20-point effort since Week 4 to an opposing receiver.

MIN WR Jordan Addison - Week 10 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 10 vs. New Orleans Saints

Jordan Addison has been a target hog in Justin Jefferson's absence. He's earned 25 targets in the past three weeks, turning that into 19 receptions for 257 yards and three touchdowns.

There have been six different wide receivers that have broken 15 PPR Points against this defense so far this season. Our rankings have him as a fringe WR2 and he's startable until further notice.

MIN WR Jordan Addison - Week 9 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 9 at Atlanta Falcons

Jordan Addison had a nice game last week in a victory over the Packers, catching seven balls for 82 yards and a touchdown. Addison has been nothing short of outstanding since Justin Jefferson left the lineup. He has seven touchdowns on the year, including at least one in four straight games and he has at least eight targets in three of the last four.

This week, Addison faces a Falcons defense that ranks 10th in aFPA to opposing wide receivers. The Vikings are going to be starting a new quarterback as well, making it hard to trust Addison. It’s hard to sit him, but we have him downgraded to a WR3 option in a tough matchup with quarterback issues.
