Wild Card Round at Seattle
Matt Prater missed a 39 yard field goal attempt last Sunday night versus Green Bay, but drilled a 54-yarder in the fourth quarter. The Lions offense has had some troubles lately and will be facing a Seattle defense that finished seventh overall in yards allowed. Prater should not be on your fantasy playoff roster.
Week 15 at New York Giants
In the win over Chicago last Sunday, Matt Prater kicked two field goals, including a 54-yarder. He’ll be kicking in a tough environment this week, however.
Week 14 vs. Chicago
Matt Prater booted five more field goals last week in New Orleans and is now 26-for-29 on the season. Matt totaled six points at Chicago in a defensive struggle in Week 4.
Week 13 at New Orleans
In the win over the Vikes on Thanksgiving, Matt Prater made all three of his field goal attempts, including clutch boots to tie and then win the contest. He has made at least two FGs in five straight and should get plenty of scoring opportunities in what could be a shootout against the Saints.
Week 12 vs. Minnesota
Matt Prater made both of his FG attempts and two-of-three extra points in the win over the Jaguars a few days ago. Prater booted three FGs and totaled 10 points at Minnesota in Week 9.
Week 11 vs. Jacksonville
How clutch was Matt Prater two weeks ago at Minnesota? He was successful on all three of his FG attempts, including the game-tying 58-yarder as regulation time expired. Back at home after the bye week, go ahead and trust Prater to get you quality points.
Week 9 at Minnesota
Matt Prater made two of his three field goal attempts last week at Houston. He’ll be kicking indoors again, but the Lions offense may have some trouble moving the ball again.
Week 8 at Houston
In the win over Washington last Sunday, Matt Prater made two of three field goals and totaled eight points. The Texans have a solid pass defense, so scoring may come at a premium at Houston on Sunday.
Week 7 vs. Washington
Matt Prater made a 34-yard field goal and four extra points in the win over Los Angeles last week. The offense should be able to move the ball on Washington at home, which should lead to another scoring day for Prater.
Week 6 vs. Los Angeles
Matt Prater’s game-winning 29-yard field goal knocked the Eagles from the undefeated list last week. He totaled six points for the second straight week and has converted eight-of-nine FG attempts on the season.
