MIA WR Rishard Matthews - Week 10, 2015 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 10 at Philadelphia

Rishard Matthews doesn't lead the Dolphins in targets or receptions, but he does lead the team in yards (554) and touchdowns (4). He didn't have a huge game last week, racking up just 54 yards on four receptions on a day where Ryan Tannehill threw for 300 yards.

His fortune has a chance of turning around this week, however, as he gets a favorable matchup against Philadelphia. The Eagles have been one of the poorer defenses at stopping receivers this season. In a strong matchup, we view Matthews as a strong WR3 play.

MIA WR Rishard Matthews - Week 9, 2015 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 9 at Buffalo
In the three games since Miami's coach was fired, Rishard Matthews has at least 60 yards in each outing. He continues to have a big role in this offense and will likely keep putting up big numbers. He'll get a decent matchup this week against Buffalo. In his last game against the Bills in Week 3, Matthews had a big 6-113-2 performance. It's unlikely he does that again, but he should have solid numbers. He'll be a low-end WR2 or strong WR3 play.

MIA WR Rishard Matthews - Week 8, 2015 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 8 at New England
Rishard Matthews continued his strong season with three catches for 75 yards last week, including a 53-yard touchdown. He might have had more success, but the Dolphins early big lead made it so they didn’t have to pass as much. Matthews continues to be a strong play in all formats with his four touchdowns in six games. In a good matchup this week, he should be viewed as a WR3.

MIA WR Rishard Matthews - Week 7, 2015 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 7 vs. Houston
Jarvis Landry is still Ryan Tannehill's favorite target, but Rishard Matthews is Miami's leading receiver in yards (363) and touchdowns (3). He had a nice 6-85 outing in Week 6, and has a great chance to put up more big numbers this week against Houston.

The Texans have been favorable towards wideouts all season, and that bodes well for Matthews. He's still a bit of a risky play (had 1-16 in Week 4), but overall, he's proven to be pretty solid. He should be viewed as a WR3.

MIA WR Rishard Matthews - Week 6, 2015 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 6 vs. Tennessee
Rishard Matthews leads the Dolphins in receiving yards (278) and has three touchdowns on the season, which also leads the team. No. 1 receiver Jarvis Landry is still without a touchdown. Matthews draws a tough matchup in Week 6 as his team comes off the bye. He's been good this season, but may not be a good choice this week. He should be viewed as a low-end WR3 or a WR4.

MIA WR Rishard Matthews - Week 4, 2015 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 4 vs. Jets

Rishard Matthews has been one of the surprises of the 2015 season so far. He wasn't expected to be much of a contributor and now here he is leading the Dolphins in receiving yards (262) and is the only WR on the team to catch a touchdown pass this season.

His hot streak will likely cool off in Week 4, however, as Matthews gets a tough matchup against the Jets. New York hasn't allowed much to wideouts this season, especially last week as the Eagles had a collective 49 yards. Matthews will be a good option moving forward, but will likely falter this week. He should be viewed as a WR4.

MIA WR Rishard Matthews - Week 3, 2015 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 3 vs. Buffalo
Rishard Matthews has been a nice surprise this season, as he's caught 10 of 13 targets for 149 yards and a touchdown. Prior to the season, not much was expected of Matthews, but he's bloomed into a solid play the first two weeks. Matthews' luck will likely take a short break in Week 3 in a tough matchup against the Bills. He should be viewed as a low WR3 or WR4 option this week.

MIA WR Rishard Matthews - Week 2, 2015 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 2 vs. Jacksonville
Rishard Matthews was a bit of a surprise in Week 1. He played on 79 percent of the Dolphins offensive snaps and finished with six targets (good for second among wideouts). He had four receptions for 34 yards and a touchdown. If his success continues, he'll be an interesting option this week. In a favorable matchup against Jacksonville, Matthews should be viewed as a low-end WR4.
