DEN WR Emmanuel Sanders - Week 17, 2015 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 17 vs. San Diego
Before leaving late in the contest with a leg injury last Monday versus Cincinnati, Emmanuel Sanders had four catches for 67 yards and a TD – his sixth of the season and second straight week with a score. Even with the short week, he should be good to go on Sunday in an important game versus the Chargers. Sanders was held to only 19 yards on three grabs by San Diego in early December, but should remain in your starting lineup for the rematch.

DEN WR Emmanuel Sanders - Week 16, 2015 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 16 vs. Cincinnati
Playing against his former team in Pittsburgh last Sunday, Emmanuel Sanders blitzed the Steelers for 10 catches, 181 yards and a 61-yard TD. He also had a 24-yard run. In the previous two outings, Emmanuel totaled only 41 yards. He’s been over the century mark four times this season, twice each with Peyton Manning and Brock Osweiler at QB. The Bengals are giving up 244 passing yards per game and Sanders should remain in your starting lineup.

DEN WR Emmanuel Sanders - Week 15, 2015 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 15 at Pittsburgh
In the loss to Oakland last Sunday, Emmanuel Sanders finished with only two catches for 17 yards. The biggest play of the game, however, was his muffed punt early in the fourth quarter that led to the Raiders go-ahead touchdown. Brock Osweiler completed 36 passes against in the game, so Emmanuel coming away with only two grabs was surprising. In the last two games, Denver has just one offensive TD and Sanders has only five total receptions for 36 yards. The O will need to be better in Pittsburgh, so consider No. 10 a WR2 start.

DEN WR Emmanuel Sanders - Week 14, 2015 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 14 vs. Oakland
Brock Osweiler completed only 16 passes last week in San Diego, with Emmanuel Sanders finishing with just three grabs for 19 yards. He was targeted a team-high eight times, but the QB and WR were off on some chances. Sanders led the Broncos with nine grabs for 111 yards in the win over the Raiders earlier this season and should be able to get things going again on Sunday.

DEN WR Emmanuel Sanders - Week 13, 2015 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 13 at San Diego
After missing the game at Chicago two weeks ago, Emmanuel Sanders returned in a big way versus the Patriots last Sunday night. In the snow, he was targeted nine times leading to six grabs for 113 yards. Demaryius Thomas was having an off game, but Emmanuel and the TEs helped pick him up. Now that Denver’s run game has shown up, look for Brock Osweiler’s bootlegs to continue to be effective. Sanders again should post good numbers at San Diego.

DEN WR Emmanuel Sanders - Week 12, 2015 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 12 vs. New England
Due to multiple injuries, including a high ankle sprain, Emmanuel Sanders was inactive last week in Chicago. Sanders plans to practice this week and is hopeful to be back on the field at home against the Patriots on Sunday night. If he’s able to go, look for Brock Osweiler to try to stretch the New England secondary with a couple deep balls to Sanders. Be sure to keep an eye on the injury report, but the late kickoff doesn’t help.

DEN WR Emmanuel Sanders - Week 11, 2015 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 11 at Chicago
After taking a big hit to the head in the loss to the Chiefs last week, Emmanuel Sanders did not return. He passed the concussion protocol, but was not given his helmet to return to the field. With the Broncos well behind and Peyton Manning struggling, it was just as well. Emmanuel, who is also nursing a sore finger, was held without a catch, but will be back on the field with a new QB in Chicago. Brock Osweiler has a big arm, so look for a couple deep shots to Sanders against the Bears secondary.

DEN WR Emmanuel Sanders - Week 10, 2015 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 10 vs. Kansas City
Emmanuel Sanders got behind the Colts secondary on third-and-long for a 64-yard touchdown last Sunday, as the Broncos tried to battle back. In the loss, in which he injured his ankle on the first play from scrimmage, Emmanuel caught six passes for 90 yards and his fourth TD of the season. Despite the off-game in Week 8, Sanders remains a big part of the Denver passing attack. He blitzed Kansas City for 87 yards and two scores in Week 2, so definitely keep him in your starting lineup.

DEN WR Emmanuel Sanders - Week 9, 2015 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 9 at Indianapolis
With Demaryius Thomas, Virgil Green and Owen Daniels receiving 17 of Peyton Manning’s 29 pass attempts last Sunday versus the Packers, it was a quiet night for Emmanuel Sanders. No. 10 received five looks, but finished with a season-low two catches for just 22 yards. Emmanuel was over the century-mark the previous in two contests, however, and is a must-start despite the off-game.

DEN WR Emmanuel Sanders - Week 8, 2015 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 8 vs. Green Bay
Two weeks ago in Cleveland, Emmanuel Sanders took a Peyton Manning pass 75 yards for a score, part of a four-reception and 109-yard performance. Emmanuel hurt his shoulder on a fourth quarter diving attempt for a catch and was unable to finish the overtime period. The week off allowed him to get healthy, and he will be on the field Sunday night. Be sure Sanders is in your starting lineup in what could end up being a high-scoring affair with the Packers.
