Bears coach Matt Eberflus says "Tyson Bagent will be our starter." Calls Justin Fields doubtful for Sunday night's game at Chargers.

Bagent led the Bears to a win over the Raiders in what was a battle of backup QBs. Bagent was 21-of-29 but for just 162 yards, however he did have a 97.2 QB rating. He added a TD pass and wasn't intercepted, he even ran three times for 24 yards. The Chargers will likely be a harder task in Week 8. For now, Bagent is more of a deeper league, superflex option but it looks like he'll start Week 8 at least as Fields recovers from a thumb injury.

Browns quarterback Deshaun Watson is back to being considered day-to-day.

That’s what head coach Kevin Stefanski told reporters in his Monday video conference following Sunday’s victory over the Colts.

Watson sustained a hit on an incomplete pass with 3:13 left in the first quarter and while he was cleared of concussion protocol, Stefanski elected to hold the quarterback out of the game after seeing it was a hit to his shoulder. Stefanski added Watson is "getting better," but now Watson’s status again appears up in the air for the Week 8 matchup in Seattle.

Giants quarterback Daniel Jones has missed the last two games with a neck injury and there’s no change to his status to report on Monday.

Head coach Brian Daboll said in a video conference with reporters that he had “no update” to share about Jones’ condition.

Jones took part in practice on a limited basis last week and is able to throw the ball, but he has not been cleared for contact since leaving in the second half of the team’s Week 5 loss to the Dolphins, the story pointed out.

Jaylen Waddle, the third-year wide-out, suffered a back injury at some point during the early stages of the game.

Waddle tried to tough out the injury but eventually headed to the locker room early, walking very gingerly, and was deemed questionable to return by the Dolphins, the story pointed out. The story went on to say, according to the broadcast, Waddle was "on all fours" on the sideline at times and was wearing an electric heating pad to try to loosen up the injury. He was reportedly "yelling in pain" on the sidelines as well. The story also pointed out that Waddle had never dealt with a notable back injury during his career to this point. The good news was Waddle was able to return to the field in the third quarter, however, this is something owners will want to monitor this week.

49ers RB Christian McCaffrey (oblique) is expected to go tonight.

This has been the trend since late last week. The Niners should be able to handle the Vikings and their defense, so it's possible if things get out of hand CMC has an early night. But for now, he's expected to go on MNF and should obviously be in lineups. But, there could be a few more carries for Mason and/or Mitchell tonight depending on the flow of the game.

Eagles QB Jalen Hurts finished the game with a knee brace.

Hurts was one of the last out of the locker room after halftime and reports said Mariota was close to getting ready to enter the game. Hurts was seen limping after the game but the QB played off the injury during his postgame press conference and says he'll be fine. It was a season-low for rushing yards for Hurts as well. It will be worth monitoring heading into Week 8, which is an early Sunday game against the Commanders.

Jerome Ford left the locker room in a protective boot. Right ankle injury.

Hunt busted off an long, early TD run to start off Sunday action, but had to leave the game in the fourth quarter with the injury. That left the RB workload to Hunt and Strong. Ford owners will need to monitor the injury reports this week, but Ford's status is at least in doubt for Week 8. If Ford has to miss time, it would appear Hunt takes over the lead role with Strong also getting some work. The Browns have a later game Sunday at Seattle, so backup plans may be needed.

Falcons RB Bijan Robinson (headache) carried the football just one time in Atlanta’s 16-13 win over Tampa Bay.

Robinson revealed after the game he was dealing with a headache since Saturday that wouldn’t go away. Head coach Arthur Smith told him he didn’t want to risk anything. Robinson’s one rush came in the fourth quarter. Tyler Allgeier received 21 rushing attempts and went for 59 yards and also caught three passes for 53 yards. So if you’re wondering why you have basically a goose egg from Robinson, there’s your answer.
