Lions coach Dan Campbell says there's still "hope" that rookie WR Jameson Williams will play this reason, but he says it'll be "at least probably another month."

"I do feel like we're gonna get him before it's all said and done," Campbell said, according to the tweet. Williams' time is probably running out in redraft leagues at this point, as he'd be a risky play at the end of the fantasy regular season or fantasy playoffs. It's also possible the team just shuts him down for the 2022 season.

The tweet went on to say St. Brown is good and he'll be out there running around today, according to Campbell. He just returned from an ankle injury but was ruled out last week against the Cowboys after suffering a concussion. The hope is he's on track to play in Week 8.

The Bears had an extended break to prepare to face the Patriots after losing to the Commanders on Thursday night in Week 6 and one of the tweaks they made to their offense was expanding the amount of designed runs for quarterback Justin Fields.

Fields made the most of those opportunities and finished the night with 14 carries for 82 yards, including five third-down runs that turned into first downs. The added wrinkle of Fields running the ball had a ripple effect on the entire offense. David Montgomery and Khalil Herbert had strong nights running the ball while Fields converted five more third downs by throwing the ball.

Other reports said Fields had 11 designed runs on the right. Next up for the Bears is the Cowboys on the road in Week 8. With his rushing totals alone, Fields becomes a relevant QB option in just about any style of league, especially if you've been riding with Russell Wilson or Matt Ryan to this point.

Lions WR Amon-Ra St. Brown has been ruled out for the rest of Sunday's game against the Cowboys with a concussion.

St. Brown had just come back from other injuries and getting the bye week to rest, but unfortunately, it is an early exit for the star Lions wide receiver. Josh Reynolds is back as the top receiver for Jared Goff with DJ Chark also not playing today.

Josh Reynolds was back at practice Friday, putting him on course to operate as the Lions' number two wide receiver behind Amon-Ra St. Brown. Reynolds had missed Wednesday and Thursday's practice due to a knee issue.

Reynolds can be considered a Flex play with the potential for borderline WR2 numbers. He has yet to hit the 100-yard mark on the season, but has two games of 90+ yards and two other games with a touchdown.

Amon-Ra St. Brown was listed as a full practice participant.

It was his first full practice since suffering his high ankle sprain in Minnesota, the tweet went on to say. Amon-Ra looks like he's on his way to playing in Week 7. It's an early Sunday game at Dallas.

Everyone wants to know about Jameson Williams. Dan Campbell just said "we feel like he's really coming on" and Detroit believes he'll play this season.

Campbell added, "When he's ready, we'll get him up and ready to go." There isn't a more specific timetable at this point, so those stashing him could still be waiting a while. When he does play, he could jump right in and be a WR3 option for the Lions.

The Bears would give Montgomery two or three series in a row, then use Herbert for one series to give Montgomery a breather. After six games, however, it’s Herbert’s 6.4 YPC average that’s outpaced Montgomery’s 4.0 rate, the story added. The story also said Monty is a better pass blocker and could still be a bell cow, but it seems like if Herbert gets into a groove, he'll likely get more opportunities.

Saints WR Chris Olave said he is fully cleared, 100% and planning to return Thursday at Arizona after missing Week 6 with a concussion.

It's looking like Thomas and Landry may not be ready on a short week and did not practice today according to reports. It means Olave should be a decent play as the team's top WR in Week 7. He's the safest play out of Callaway, Smith, Harty and Kirkwood who could also see snaps.

Falcons are listing tight end Kyle Pitts - who missed last week’s game due to a hamstring injury and was limited at practice this week - as questionable for Sunday’s game vs. the 49ers.

With Pitts missing Week 5, Drake London was surprisingly not used more but less, earning a 28% target share, which is less than the massive 34.7% target share he had up to that point. As for backup tight ends Parker Heese and Anthony Firkser, they combined for three targets and one reception. London is a worthwhile WR3 play whether or not Pitts is on the field, but there are no other options besides.
