C.J. Stroud in concussion protocol

Texans quarterback C.J. Stroud is in the concussion protocol.

Fantasy Impact:

The news was shared by head coach DeMeco Ryans following Sunday's 30-6 loss to the Jets. Stroud's head hit the MetLife Stadium turf very hard in the fourth quarter. Davis Mills replaced him. Ryans said Stroud will be evaluated throughout the week. Houston visits Tennessee next week and, all of a sudden, is very banged up on offense. Tank Dell was already out with a broken leg, Dalton Schultz didn't play because of a hamstring injury, Noah Brown was questionable entering the game and Nico Collins left with a calf injury. It was a fun season for the Texans, but the injuries may be starting to pile up and be too much to overcome, especially if Stroud has to miss time.
