I waited super late to grab a TE in a 12-tm standard league. I'm currently going with Virgil Green. Should I pair him with a Jared Cook or Vance McDonald, to see who the true breakout is?
My bench looks like this, and I was thinking of dropping Travis Benjamin for one of those extra TEs:
Crowell, BPowell, Woodhead, TBenjamin, PDorsett, Marvin Jones, TLockett
Do you guys think I should just roll with Virgil and don't worry about holding two TEs on my roster?
I'd just roll with Virgil. If he doesn't pan out, you can always swap him for someone else.
That being said, I have no problem dropping Dorsett or Benjamin. Maybe even Powell if you're set at RB otherwise. I like Cook and McDonald, with McDonald having a real chance to break out.
