Who is the better pick in a draft right now? I've read many good things about Mathews on this site and Matt Jones was less than impressive last year, but should I trust Mathews to stay healthy?

Personally, I think it's a matter of which risk you worry about more - Mathews' health or Jones' carries?

We tend to give the nod to Mathews because he's shown he can be productive when given the opportunity and there's really nobody else in Philly that can handle a full load. I'm a bit more bullish than most on Wendell Smallwood, but even he could be more of a scatback when all is said and done.

With Jones, there isn't really anyone else either, which makes me like him a bit better in dynasty leagues. Not the same injury history, still super young, and full of potential behind an up-and-coming offense. His bust potential is higher because Washington could do something like sign Arian Foster and refuse to give him the rock, but I think I trust Jones to get carries more than I trust Mathews to stay healthy, especially long term.
