I'd maybe see who else is on your FA list first and seem if you can work some kind of committee or stream. I don't know that Flacco is an every week starter but you may be able to pick someone else up to complement him and go week to week switching for the best matchup. I'd maybe look into that first before you have to give up a boatload to someone who knows you need a QB.
