R. Kelley (Wash), D. Williams (MIA), Starks, Smallwood, Asiata

I think Smallwood/Kelley/Starks/Asiata in that order all have the biggest lottery ticket value. Ryan Mathews is fumbling and gets hurt so often that I'm stashing Smallwood anywhere I have roster space. Similar situation with Kelley.
