In John's strategery article, he states that he would select Brown, Jones, OBJ, Hopkins, and Green as his first five picks in any format. But in his Top-200 standard rankings (1QB, 2RB, 3WR, 1TE), Gurley and Peterson are #4 and #5 while Hopkins is #7 and Green is #9. Is there a disconnect or did the projections change since the article was published?

I think that's just his strategy. I know if you look at the Standard rankings those two RBs would fall in the middle of those guys with their projected points (not the case in PPR). I think a big misconception with the whole Zero-RB things is there's no value in RB, but that's not really true. That's more of a philosophy based on value and then the value of RBs later in drafts.

We've had a lot of people ask why RBs are all over the top of the 200 list and I think you just have to adjust the values a little to get more of a feel for what you're looking for. You can always hit him up on Twitter, because I do hate to speak for him, but I believe it's just his strategy more than anything.
