Just a WR1 vs. a WR2 situation. I like Jackson's matchup, but Diggs is the more likely of the two to lead his team in targets, which gives him an edge in my book. I think Diggs probably has the most upside, just because the volume of passes that he could see thrown his way vs. Jackson, who has to contend with Evans.
