I'd probably keep Benjamin over Williams, pick up Rawls, and sit Ellington. I think Benjamin has a lot more upside than Williams, Rawls should get touches this week, and while I like Ellington, I worry about how the carries are going to be divvied up in Arizona this week as he comes back from injury.
