I had to drop my kicker and pickup Rawls Sunday night. My instinct paid off as Lynch is out for at least 1 month.

Now I am overloaded and need to drop someone.

Q: C_Palmer/Bortles
WR: E_Sanders | Fitz | M-Evans | J_Landry
RB: Forte | DeAngelo Williams | Spencer Ware + C-West | Rawls | Yeldon | J_Stewart
TE: Greg Olsen
K: ??????
DEF: Jets
IDP: Pozlusny

I have 7 RB's at the moment and no kicker. All of them are pretty good. Man! I can try to trade but probably not enough time as this league doesn't trade fast. I was hoping C_West would play and I can drop Spencer. Going without a kicker is probably a bad idea. I can hold it out until the very last minute and drop Spencer so no one can use him against me and hope that C_West come too next week?

Meanwhile, I will try to do a 2 for 1 trade and upgrade my WR!

Any other ideas? Who is my worst RB that I can get rid of?

Would still hold Forte and drop Ware at the last minute. I think Ware's shelf life is very limited.

I agree with ggoldie2 and really like the strategy of dropping Spencer Ware at the last minute. You're so deep at RB, I just don't think I'd worry too much about losing your West handcuff.

Last inquiry: What if I waited to see what happens on the 10am games. See how Bortles and Spencer Ware do. Who ever does badly gets the boot? Any issues with that strategy? Is Bortles throwable in my situation? Or do you still think Ware is the guy in this case?

I can still grab a kicker in the 1pm and 5:30pm games.

My ultimate thought is since Seattle and KC tend to favor the run wouldn't it be prudent to secure my running backs on both teams? And after watching a power runner like Ware last week it makes sense to guarantee having a KC running back the rest of the way. Hope that ames sense, although who to throw away is the problem!!!

BUMPING THIS BACK UP DUE TO RECENT DEVELOMENTS: But after Forte's performance and situation in Chicago is FORTE the guy to drop?

I guess I should wait on what happens at the end of Fridays practice and see if Chandarick West is playing or Spencer Ware! I feel that maybe I should hang onto Ware and cuff C_West throughout the rest of the season as KC depends on that running game.

Now in Chicago the division of labor in the running department got really cloudy!

Thoughts?

Ooops sorry League is a 10 Team PPR. So Landry has some upside. Landry is ranked 11th overall amongst wide receivers to date. Plus with only 4 Wideouts I am very reluctant to throw any WR out there.

Let me ponder that thought a little more….

I like your idea about waiting to the last minute and dropping Spencer but personally i don't think Landry has done much in the past month to warrant hanging on to if you don't have to. Evans and Fitz are great. As you know this year depth in RB has been good and a difference maker for some teams.
