In a 2QB league, I'd probably keep Cousins in the 11th. Then you don't even need to draft a QB and you don't have to worry about how inflated the position gets in 2QB leagues. Cousins and Bortles should be a nice combo for that value. I like Floyd, and the value is excellent there. I would pick him in a 1QB league over both QBs, but in a 2QB league, I think you're getting value there with a lot of upside to boot, and Floyd isn't without his risks.
