Is he worth holding on to with this sickle cell trait? Is he going to always be a limited participant in practice as well as games? Being that he has symptoms, can he ever play a full game without issues?
Good question. I don't think anyone really know to be honest. I know of someone else in the league who has it but for the life of me can't think of the name. I thought he was limited going to Denver but outside of that he was fine. I'm not sure if there are different levels or anything like that. Tevin Coleman - that's who has it, and obviously he seems to be just fine. But like I said, there may be different levels? I'd hang out to him maybe until you can get some clarity on it.
