I have a PPR draft Thursday and I'm drafting from the 5th spot out of 10 teams. 6 points per TD, 1 point per reception. Roster: 1 QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, 1 TE and 1 Flex. I've never done PPR before and am wondering if I should draft a top WR or top 5 RB with my first pick. I'm pretty certain that Bell, AP and Brown will be gone. Having a hard time deciding between the 2 positions. I'd probably lean towards Lacy if available. If not, should I target a top WR? I don't think any top WR's will come back around to me...any advice from the team would be very helpful!..Thanks and good luck to everyone this season!

We actually project Lacy with 46 catches and Charles is in the 50s so not really a lot of difference. He could be more of a target with no Nelson too. I LOVE Charles, but Lacy seems to be a safer option in terms of injures. As a Charles guy for many years I just want to shoot someone when I watch him limp off knowing I may not see him again the rest of the game. But really, I think Lacy or Charles there isn't a bad pick esp. if you want a RB and at 5 you should get one.

You should have your pick of WRs though. It's not a bad spot to be all, just depends how comfortable you are building your team and what you like to target. If you are comfortable with guys like Murray, Lamar Miller, Stewart, etc. I would go WR probably to get an elite guy, be it Thomas, Dez, OBJ, etc.

Lacy doesn't get many receptions...since its a PPR I think J Charles is a slam dunk there!
