Moncrief was finally dropped. 10 team standard league. How long should we wait on him. I am considering him for as a flex. Currently using Lat Murray but his touches keep dropping. I also have Hurns and Crabtree on the bench. If I made the move today, I am thinking drop Hurns. If I wait, then Lat Murray, Ryan Matthews (also on bench) and Hurns may be the pool to pick up Moncrief.
If you have a big enough roster, I think you can, but usually you can't hold more than one of those guys that isn't contributing. If you've got a 5-6 person bench, then I think you can probably find space, but smaller than that, maybe not, especially in a 10 team.
I don't think I have any issues dropping Hurns for Moncrief. In a 10-team league I already had him, but dropped Hurns to get Dorsett figuring it's kind of a handcuff. I still like Moncrief a lot so I would say may as well do this now.
I owned Montcrief and had to drop him due to bye weeks. Can you seriously hold him through the byes... he has a 4-6week timetable?
