I'm not a big believer in Latimer, so I'd rather see you keep Montgomery and Perriman, but Latimer's top end potential is probably higher than Montgomery's. I think the Packer is probably the safest, but Perriman has clearest path to a starting job once he's healthy, so he's the no-brainer to me out of the three of them.
