With keeper value, I'm a little higher on Coleman. I like Moncrief, but I think Tate's trajectory is down and Moncrief will only be the WR2 there for as long as Hilton remains. So I think Coleman has the best chance to be a WR1 on the team, and is talented enough to make waves.

ROS, I think Tate is the safest of the three, but if it's near the end of your bench, as you hinted at in your other question, then I think Coleman would be the guy I'd go with. He could even wind up being the best now and later, instead of just the best later.
