I would hold him because I think he'll get better when he's healthy and Cutler is back. I think you wouldn't get any value for him right now, which makes it not a good move to trade him. Peterson and Gore should be fine, although I know you've got a bye week issue. I'd probably hold Jeffery though and wait for him to be healthy. You can always trade him later after he's in better shape.
