Possibles at both spots: AJG, Julio, Jordy, Martin, Morris, Foster. I'm planning on getting a QB late. Which 2 players should I start with? There's a good chance I'll be able to get Vereen/Gore/Tate or Roddy/Fitz in the 3rd.

I feel like grabbing two of those receivers would be the best way to go. I like Morris a lot as a steady option in a standard league, and I'm one of the people banging the table for Martin to have a bounceback season, but those WR's are too much to pass up when you've got Ball already on your roster.
If two of the three are gone, or all three... then Morris-Martin, in that order, is where I'd go.
